The Division shall ensure that each facility to which a person with an intellectual disability or a person with a developmental disability is able to be admitted pursuant to this chapter provides: 1. Training to each employee of the facility regarding the protocol that must be followed if the employee becomes aware of any sexual abuse of a person with an intellectual disability or a person with a developmental disability that is admitted to the facility; and 2. Education to each person with an intellectual disability or person with a developmental disability that is admitted to the facility which:

(a)Is appropriate with regard to the level of the person’s intellectual and developmental abilities; and
(b)Explains what sexual abuse is and how to report sexual abuse.
