Text

1. The division facilities providing services for persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities are designated as:

(a)Desert Regional Center;
(b)Sierra Regional Center; and
(c)Rural Regional Center. 2. Division facilities established after July 1, 1981, must be named by the Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director of the Department.
