Text

1.Once a court has ordered the admission of a person to a division facility, the administrative officer must make an investigation, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, to determine whether the person or his or her responsible relatives pursuant to NRS 433A.610 are capable of paying for all or a portion of the costs that will be incurred during the period of admission.
2.If a person is admitted to a division facility or required to receive assisted outpatient treatment pursuant to a court order, that person and his or her responsible relatives are responsible for the payment of the actual cost of the treatment and services rendered during his or her admission to the division facility or while he or she is receiving assisted outpatient treatment unless the investigation reveals tha
