Text
The medical director of a division facility may order the transfer to a hospital of the Department of Veterans Affairs or other facility of the United States Government any admitted consumer eligible for treatment therein. If the consumer in any manner objects to the transfer, the medical director of the facility shall enter the objection and a written justification of the transfer in the consumer’s record and forward a notice of the objection to the Administrator, and the Commission shall review the transfer pursuant to subsections 2 and 3 of NRS 433.534.
