Text

The court in its discretion may require any petitioner under NRS 433A.200, except any officer authorized to make arrests in the State of Nevada, to file an undertaking with surety to be approved by the court in the amount the court deems proper, conditioned to save harmless the person alleged to be a person in a mental health crisis by reason of costs incurred, including attorney fees, if any, and damages suffered by the person as a result of such action.
