Text

1. A person or entity that employs a person or retains an independent contractor for the purpose of providing or supervising the provision of peer recovery support services in a position where the person has regular and substantial contact with minors shall maintain records of the information concerning such employees and independent contractors that is collected pursuant to NRS 433.639 , including, without limitation, the written authorization for the release of information from the Statewide Central Registry for the Collection of Information Concerning the Abuse or Neglect of a Child established pursuant to NRS 432.100 . 2. The records maintained pursuant to subsection 1 must be:

(a)Maintained for the period that the employee or independent contractor has regular and substantial contact
