Text
“Relative” includes, without limitation, a fictive kin, if the Federal Government approves a state plan for the administration of the Program which is adopted pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 432B.622 and which provides for the provision of assistance to a fictive kin of a child pursuant to the Program.
