Text

In determining pursuant to NRS 432B.60815 and 432B.60818 whether to issue or renew an order for the admission of a child who is in the custody of an agency which provides child welfare services to a facility for nonemergency treatment, the court shall consider: 1. The reports of any examinations or evaluations of a child by any person professionally qualified in the field of psychiatric mental health; 2. Any information concerning the child provided by:

(a)A person professionally qualified in the field of psychiatric mental health;
(b)A representative of the agency which provides child welfare services;
(c)An adult caretaker who is knowledgeable about the child; or
(d)A guardian ad litem appointed for the child pursuant to NRS 432B.500 ; 3. The wishes of the child concerning care and t
