Text
Except as otherwise provided in this section, if a party appeals the decision of the court pursuant to NRS 432B.5906, the appellate court of competent jurisdiction shall use its best efforts to ensure that the matter is resolved not later than 6 months after the appeal is filed. If the appellate court orders full briefings on the matter, it shall use its best efforts to ensure that the matter is resolved not later than 12 months after the appeal is filed.
