Text

If an agency which provides child welfare services assigns a disposition of substantiated to a report made pursuant to NRS 432B.220, the agency shall provide written notification to the person responsible for the child’s welfare who is named in the report as allegedly causing the abuse or neglect of the child which includes statements indicating that:

1.The report which was made against the person has been assigned a disposition of substantiated and the agency which provides child welfare services intends to place the person’s name in the Central Registry pursuant to NRS 432B.310 ; and
2.The person may request an administrative appeal of the substantiation of the report and the agency’s intention to place the person’s name in the Central Registry by submitting a written request to the ag
