A field administrator shall ensure that: 1. A client receives any necessary:

(a)Medication;
(b)First aid, including treatment for injury, disease and venomous bites; and
(c)Medical treatment from qualified medical personnel, Ê as promptly as the circumstances and location of the client allows. 2. A first-aid kit is immediately accessible at all activities conducted pursuant to the program, and that the kit contains supplies appropriate to the location, environment and type of activity. 3. Equipment is readily available for the emergency medical evacuation of persons participating in the program. 4. Controlled substances are given to clients only as authorized pursuant to a lawfully issued prescription. 5. All medications, whether sold by prescription or over the counter, are kept in the
