Text

A provider shall not conduct an outdoor youth program unless it employs: 1. A field administrator who:

(a)Is not less than 25 years of age;
(b)Holds a baccalaureate or higher degree, from an accredited college or university, in recreational therapy or a related field;
(c)Has completed a program of training, approved by the Division, on survival in the wilderness;
(d)Has not less than 2 years’ experience in the specific type of outdoor youth program being conducted; and
(e)Is certified and receives annual training in the use and administration of first aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation. 2. Senior field staff and support staff who:
(a)Are not less than 21 years of age;
(b)Have graduated from high school and satisfactorily completed not less than 24 semester hours of academi
