Text

1. The Division shall adopt regulations establishing:

(a)A system for rating child care facilities based on inspections conducted pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 432A.180 . The rating system must provide for the assignment of a letter grade of A, B, C, D or F to each child care facility based on the facility’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the severity of any violations.
(b)Procedures by which a child care facility that is assigned a grade of C, D or F may request a follow-up inspection. 2. Not later than 60 days after an inspection of a child care facility pursuant to subsection 3 of 432A.180, the Division shall post on an Internet website maintained by the Division a report which must include:
