A provider of foster care may impose reasonable restrictions on the time, place and manner in which a child may exercise his or her rights set forth in NRS 432.525, 432.530 and 432.535 if the provider of foster care determines that such restrictions are necessary to preserve the order, discipline or safety of the foster home.
