1.The head of the agency which provides child welfare services in a county whose population is 100,000 or more shall furnish to the county comptroller and the Administrator of the Division a full, true and correct list of claimants in the county who are entitled to payment for the care and services provided for in NRS 432.010 to 432.085 , inclusive, and of the amount to be paid to each of them, certified to by the head of the agency which provides child welfare services as being a full, true and correct list of such claimants in that county and the amount to which each of them is entitled pursuant to NRS 432.010 to 432.085 , inclusive. The list is subject to revision by the head of the agency which provides child welfare services to make it conform to such changes as may be made pursuant
