1. A position in the Forum to which a member is appointed pursuant to NRS 427A.330 becomes vacant upon:

(a)The death or resignation of such a member.

(b)The illness of such a member that prevents the member from attending three consecutive meetings of the Forum, unless excused by the President.

(c)The absence of such a member for any reason from three consecutive meetings of the Forum, unless excused by the President. 2. If a vacancy occurs in a position in the Forum to which a member is appointed pursuant to NRS 427A.330 , the Legislative Commission shall fill the vacancy in the same manner as the original selection for the remainder of the unexpired term.
