Text

1. The Bureau shall establish a training program for persons who wish to become licensees. The training must include, without limitation, a standard curriculum and on-the-job training while working for a vending facility. 2. The Bureau may designate not more than two vending facilities as training sites to be operated by the Bureau or a third-party vendor. 3. The Bureau may waive any training required pursuant to this section for a person who is blind and is otherwise qualified to operate a vending facility. 4. The Bureau shall:

(a)Provide licensees with upward mobility training; and
(b)Assist the Nevada Committee of Vendors Who Are Blind in sponsoring meetings and training conferences for licensees.
