Text
Except as otherwise required to carry out the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 654b, all money collected in fees, costs, attorney’s fees, interest payments, incentive payments or other payments received by the Administrator which cannot be identified as to the support account to which it should be credited, must be deposited in the State General Fund.
