Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the master may certify a proceeding to establish an order for support of a dependent child or arrearages to the district court if the issues are complex or beyond the competence of the master. The master shall enter a temporary recommendation for support in such cases. The temporary support must be paid to the enforcing authority and held until final resolution of the case.
