1.A provider of foster care shall not use physical restraint on a child placed with the provider unless the child presents an imminent threat of danger of harm to himself or herself or others.

2.A foster care agency shall notify the licensing authority or its designee when any serious incident, accident, motor vehicle crash or injury occurs to a child in its care within 24 hours after the incident, accident, motor vehicle crash or injury. The foster care agency shall provide a written report to the licensing authority or its designee as soon as practicable after notifying the licensing authority or its designee. A foster care agency shall cooperate with the licensing authority in its review of such reports and support each foster home with which the foster care agency has a contract for the placement of children in completing any action required to correct a violation.
4. A foster care agency shall fully comply with any investigation of a report of the abuse or neglect of a child pursuant to NRS 392.303 or 432B.220 .
