Text
If the licensing authority at any time finds that a child in a foster home is subject to undesirable influences or lacks proper or wise care and management, the licensing authority shall notify any agency or institution that has placed the child in the home to remove the child from the home. If the child has been placed in a foster home by the parents or relatives of the child or other persons independently of any agency, the licensing authority shall take necessary action to remove the child and arrange for the care of the child.
