Text
1. The Division shall establish, by regulation, a procedure for hearing grievances related to the reissuance, suspension or revocation of a license to conduct a foster home. 2. A provider of foster care may be represented by legal counsel in any proceeding related to:
(a)The reissuance, suspension or revocation of the license of the provider to conduct a foster home; and
(b)The care given to a child by that provider.
