Text

“Fiduciary organization” means an organization that is selected pursuant to NRS 422A.496 to administer state money directed to individual development accounts and is a nonprofit organization which:

1.Conducts fundraising activities; and
2.Is exempt from taxation pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3).
