The Nevada Statewide Council on Financial Independence may apply for and receive gifts, grants, donations or other money from governmental and private agencies, affiliated associations and other persons to carry out the provisions of NRS 422A.477 to 422A.486, inclusive, and to defray expenses incurred by the Council in the discharge of its duties.
