Text
Any federal money allotted to the State of Nevada for public assistance programs and other programs for which the Division is responsible and such other money as may be received by the State for such purposes must, except as otherwise provided in NRS 425.363, be deposited in the appropriate accounts of the Division in the State General Fund.
