1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 and NRS 228.410 , 239.0115 and 422.2374 , any information obtained by the Division in an investigation of a provider of services under the State Plan for Medicaid is confidential. 2. The information presented as evidence at a hearing:
(a)To enforce the provisions of NRS 422.450 to 422.590 , inclusive; or
(b)To review an action by the Division against a provider of services under the State Plan for Medicaid,
Ê is not confidential, except for the identity of any recipient of the assistance.
