Text
To ensure accuracy, uniformity and completeness in statistics and information, the Division may prescribe forms of reports and records to be kept by all persons, associations or institutions, subject to its supervision or investigation, and each such person, association or institution shall keep such records and render such reports in the form so prescribed.
