Text

Any person who is:

1.The subject of a hearing conducted under the authority of the Division; or
2.A witness at that hearing, Ê and who is a person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050 , is entitled to the services of an interpreter at public expense in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053 , inclusive. The interpreter must be appointed by the person who presides at the hearing.
