§ 42.337 — Regulations

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 42 Damages· STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT PROTECTION ACT
The Commissioner of Consumer Affairs of the Unit may, in consultation with the Director of the Department of Business and Industry, adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 42.200 to 42.400, inclusive.
