§ 42.265 — “Renewal date” defined

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 42 Damages· STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT PROTECTION ACT
“Renewal date” means the date on which a registered structured settlement purchase company is required to renew its registration pursuant to NRS 42.340, which date is 1 year after the initial registration or any subsequent renewal.
