§ 42.260 — “Qualified assignment agreement” defined

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 42 Damages· STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT PROTECTION ACT
“Qualified assignment agreement” means an agreement providing for a qualified assignment within the meaning of section 130 of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 130.
