Text

“Provider of health care” means a physician, physician assistant, advanced practice registered nurse, osteopathic physician, naprapath, chiropractic physician, psychologist, marriage and family therapist, clinical professional counselor, clinical social worker, alcohol and drug abuse counselor, clinical alcohol and drug abuse counselor or problem gambling counselor.
