Text

1.Each political subdivision may make appropriations in the manner provided by law for making appropriations for the ordinary expenses of the political subdivision for the payment of expenses of its local organization for emergency management.
2.Whenever the Federal Government or any agency or officer thereof offers to the State, or through the State to any political subdivision thereof, services, equipment, supplies, materials, or money by way of gift, grant or loan, for purposes of emergency management, the State, acting through the Governor and, if the provisions of NRS 353.335 require it, with the approval of the Interim Finance Committee, or such political subdivision, acting with the consent of the Governor and through its executive officer or governing body, may accept the offer,
