It is unlawful for any member of the Nevada National Guard to wear, when on or off duty, any uniform or any device, strap, knot or insigne of any design or character used as a designation of grade, rank or office, such as are by law or regulation, duly promulgated, prescribed for the use of the Nevada National Guard without the permission of his or her commanding officer.
