Text

1. The following persons are subject to jurisdiction under this Code:

(a)Any person described in subsection 1 of NRS 412.254 or who is a member of the state military forces; and
(b)Any person who is in the custody of the state military forces before trial or who is serving a sentence imposed by a court-martial. 2. Any person described in subsection 1 is subject to this Code until the person’s active service has been terminated in accordance with the law or regulations of the state military forces and the National Guard Bureau and the regulations applicable to that person’s service.
