Text
All noncommissioned officers of the Nevada National Guard must be appointed in the discretion of the appointing officer upon the nomination of the officer under whose immediate command they are to serve. Appointing officers must be designated in Office regulations. The appointment of a noncommissioned officer may be terminated as prescribed by those regulations.
