Text
All commissioned officers and warrant officers of the Nevada National Guard, including retired officers and warrant officers thereof, may organize themselves into an association, the name of which shall be the Nevada National Guard Association. The Association may adopt bylaws not inconsistent with the statutes of this state and may alter and amend such bylaws.
