Text

1. There is hereby created the Nevada War on Terrorism Medal. 2. The Office shall award the Nevada War on Terrorism Medal to:

(a)A member of the Reserves who is a resident of this State or a member of the Nevada National Guard who:
(1)Is called into active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States on or after September 11, 2001, in support of the global war on terrorism; and
(2)Serves on state active duty status or pursuant to Title 10 or 32 of U.S.C.
(b)A civilian employee of a state or local governmental agency or the Nevada National Guard who, during the course of employment, provides services in support of the global war on terrorism and who qualifies for the medal pursuant to criteria established by the Office pursuant to subsection 3. 3. The Office shall:
(a)Establish a suit
