Text
For all purposes under this chapter, members of the Nevada National Guard who enter and serve in the active military service of the United States in time of war under a call or order by the President or who enter and serve on active duty in the military service of the United States in time of peace in their status within the Army National Guard of the United States or Air National Guard of the United States and who thereafter return to the military service of the State are entitled to credit for time so served as if such service had been rendered to the State.
