1. The Governor is authorized to issue licenses to bodies of persons to organize, drill and bear arms as volunteer military companies or volunteer military organizations.
2. Whenever any such body of persons associate themselves as a volunteer military company or volunteer military organization and drill with arms under the license of the Governor, the volunteer military company or volunteer military organization:
(a)Shall file with the Adjutant General annually, or at such time as the Governor or Adjutant General may designate, a muster roll of such volunteer military company or volunteer military organization certified by the oath of the commanding officer thereof. 3. Each member of such volunteer military company or volunteer military organization shall take and subscribe to an oath before a person authorized to administer it that he or she will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Nevada and will obey and maintain all laws and obey all officers employed in administering those Constitutions and laws.
