Text
An armory may be used by a member or unit of the Nevada National Guard, veterans’ organization, any federal, state or local governmental entity or any other person, if the use: 1. Does not interfere with the use of the facility by the Nevada National Guard; 2. Does not result in the risk of:
(a)A breach of the peace;
(b)Harm to persons; or
(c)Harm to state or federal property; and
3. Is in accordance with Office regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
