§ 41.550 — Security for and apportionment of costs

FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The court may order the petitioner to post a surety bond or cash in an amount not to exceed $500 to pay any cost or judgment which might be rendered adverse to the petitioner in any action brought under the provisions of NRS 41.540 to 41.570, inclusive. Costs may be apportioned to the parties if the interests of justice require.
