§ 41.420 — Penalty

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· ABOLISHMENT OF CERTAIN CAUSES OF ACTION

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of NRS 41.370 to 41.420, inclusive, upon conviction, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
