§ 41.325 — Notice of adjudication of sanity to be given to Administrative Officer and Medical Director of Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services
Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· PROCEEDINGS FOR JUDICIAL DECLARATION OF SANITY
After any proceeding in which a person, previously adjudicated to be insane, is adjudicated to be sane, the clerk of the district court shall immediately notify the Administrative Officer and the Medical Director of Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services of the adjudication.
