§ 41.294 — “Petitioning parent” defined

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· Unemancipated Minors Not in Legal Custody of Agency Which Provides Child Welfare Services
“Petitioning parent” means a person who is the parent of an unemancipated minor under the laws of this State, desiring to change the name of his or her child.
