§ 41.209 — Applicability

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· PROCEEDINGS TO DETERMINE AND ESTABLISH FACTS RELATIVE TO VITAL STATISTICS
After the time to bring an action under chapter 126 of NRS has elapsed and if the action is not for the purpose of establishing the responsibility of any person for the support of another, then NRS 41.209 to 41.260, inclusive, apply.
