§ 41.191 — Declaration of domicile in Nevada
Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· PROCEDURE FOR EVIDENCING DOMICILE
1.Any person who has established domicile in this state may manifest and evidence his or her domicile by filing in the office of the clerk of the district court for the county in which the person resides, a sworn statement showing that the person resides in and maintains a residence in that county, which the person recognizes and intends to maintain as his or her permanent home.
2.Any person who has established a domicile in this state, but who maintains another residence in some other state, may manifest and evidence his or her domicile in this state by filing in the office of the clerk of the district court for the county in which the person resides, a sworn statement that the person’s residence in Nevada constitutes his or her predominant and principal home, and that the person intend
