§ 41.0341 — Time for filing responsive pleading

If the complaint is filed in a court of this state:

1.The local judicial officer, state judicial officer, officer, employee, board or commission member, State Legislator or other person for whom the official attorney is required to provide a defense pursuant to NRS 41.0339 ; and

2.The state or any political subdivision named as a party defendant, Ê each has 45 days after their respective dates of service to file an answer or other responsive pleading.
