§ 41.0327 — Injuries arising from acts incident to certain solicitations of charitable contributions

No action may be brought under NRS 41.031 or against an officer or employee of the State or any of its agencies or political subdivisions which is based upon any injuries to any person or property arising from or incident to the act of solicitation permitted pursuant to NRS 244.3555, 268.423 or 408.601.
