§ 41.030 — State Controller to draw warrant upon final judgment
Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 41 Actions· CLAIMS AGAINST STATE FOR SERVICES, ADVANCES AND REFUNDS
Upon the presentation of a certified copy of a final judgment in favor of the claimant in any such action, the State Controller shall draw a warrant in favor of the claimant for the amount awarded by the judgment.
